Meet notes when your plan has no transcripts

If your Workspace plan doesn’t include Meet transcripts, the recording in Drive is enough. Upload the MP4 and get timestamped text of the call, without a browser extension or a bot.

Good to know

  • Meet recording depends on your Google account and Workspace plan — check what yours includes.
  • The recording link is also emailed to the organizer.
  • Only the organizer and people in the same organization can usually download it.
