Delete your Kalpa account

You can delete your Kalpa account and all of its data at any time — in the app on Android and iPhone, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (Android and iPhone)

1. Open Kalpa.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and all of its data on our servers — transcripts, summaries, tasks, memory and chats — and removes the data stored on your device. Recordings are stored only on your device and are removed with the app.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel it there before you delete your account:

• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What is kept

Nothing tied to your account, except records we must keep by law — for example, payment records, which are held by Google or Apple, not by Kalpa.
