These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kalpa app. By downloading or using Kalpa, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the app

Kalpa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You agree to use Kalpa only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, notes and other content you create in Kalpa. You are responsible for the content you record and for obtaining any consent required to record others. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Subscriptions & billing

• Kalpa Pro and Kalpa Ultra are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Prices and plan details are shown in the app at the point of purchase.

AI features

AI Chat sends selected content to third-party AI providers only after you explicitly enable it. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You can disable AI Chat at any time in Settings.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Kalpa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalpa and its developers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
